I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and it was easy to get around this city from the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay, making me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed using the indoor onsen and outdoor rotemburo on the rooftop. Cleanliness was also a top priority, and everything was very tidy. The breakfast that was included was a highlight of my stay; it was a great start to my day.
Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated the vegetarian option. the hotel was also in a good location for transportation and sightseeing. We were able to easily access other areas and there were numerous restaurants and shops close by.
The WiFi in the room was weak and unreliable. the lighting in the sleeping room was inconveniently controlled from outside the room, causing issues in the middle of the night.

This hotel has beautiful traditional rooms and a relaxing onsen/rotemburo, perfect for unwinding. the breakfast was delicious and varied, catering easily for dietary requirements.
The area surrounding the hotel lacked dining options, so we had to be prepared and bring our own food at times.

The rooftop bath and breakfast were a highlight of the stay. The beautiful garden view while sipping coffee made for a relaxing morning. the traditional tatami rooms were very comfortable and added to the overall experience. Location was good, with many restaurants in the surrounding area and easy access to other sightseeing attractions.
While the onsen and rotemburo were clean and well-maintained, some of the facilities, such as the ground floor bath and lighting fixtures, seemed outdated and in need of updating. the limited dining options nearby made it necessary to come prepared for meals.
